Encouragement is noticing the positive potential in someone else, and calling it out. This spiritual gift might get labeled as secondary by some, but today on the podcast Ted and Christian talk about how it is the nature of the Holy Spirit to fill us with courage. When we operate in this gift, we are joining with God in his work and love for humanity. We also examine the character of Barnabas in Acts, and we tell some Easter stories.
